Ringing Bells is the First Company in India to launch the cheapest Smartphone. And the features are been out through the launch on February 17th 2016. As there is a rumor about its cost to be Rs. 500, it is confirmed in the release that the Smartphone is available just for Rs. 251.
Freedom 251 is available to the customers by Pre-Booking through their site. The booking is availed from 18th February 2016 to 22nd February 2016.
